Brush your entire body with a natural bristle brush BEFORE you shower or bathe. Brush the soles of the feet, up the legs, across your stomach circular counter-clockwise strokes, buttocks, then up the arms and down the back. Brush gently in long sweeping movements towards your heart. Avoid broken skin, thread veins and varicose veins.
